As the Senior VP Acquisitions of ole and a Chartered Accountant, Ed brings a unique blend of operational and financing experience. For the past 18 years, Ed has held a series of senior financial positions within the Satellite Communications, Satellite Broadcasting, and Media and Entertainment industries. Additionally, Ed has participated in corporate start-ups, lead numerous corporate financings as well as a number of corporate acquisitions in the entertainment industry.
Ed’s practical experience in M&A, financing, corporate governance and deal making are instrumental in allowing the company to achieve its growth targets.
