Qiana comes to ole with over nine years experience in the LA Music Scene. As a former Director of Creative/A&R, Television and Film for a major independent music Publisher, Qiana has actively managed a roster of over fifty hit-producing songwriters, producers and artists.
Declared “the Young Gun of Music Publishing” by Urban Network in 2005, Conley exploited copyrights of artists such as Beyoncé, Nelly & Tim McGraw, OutKast, Madonna, Britney Spears, Pussycat Dolls, Ludacris, Michael Jackson, Erick Sermon, Transvision Vamp, Small Faces, Killswitch Engage and others.
Qiana, who was born and raised in Hawthorne, CA – home of The Beach Boys -- enjoyed music from an early age. She attended the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, earning a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Music Industry minor from Thornton School of Music.
