Tessa Stratton works as Creative Coordinator in ole's Nashville office, assisting with Inside Sales (Country Synch) support in the Synch area, sourcing new placement opportunities/ideas, as well as promoting the catalogue.
Originally from Granite City, IL, Tessa moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business. During her time at Belmont, she worked with INO Records and Metalman Media, Inc., an independent music supervision company out of Los Angeles.
Her inaugural role began as an intern at ole; she then moved into the role of Executive Assistant to Gilles Godard, ole's Chief Creative Officer. Tessa continues to embrace the opportunity and thrives on being part of a company that values individuality, creativity and fun.
