Executive Assistant to ole CEO Robert Ott & President Michael McCarty
Kathryn (Kat) originally joined ole as Office Coordinator in August 2009 and has since been promoted to Executive Assistant to the CEO and President of ole.
As Executive Assistant, Kat provides support to CEO, Robert Ott and President, Michael McCarty, and is responsible for maximizing their time effectively through close coordination and planning.
In addition, Kat will oversee the Office Co-ordinator position and will direct the planning of all corporate events.
Managing ole's offices to insure complete functionality allowed Kat to gain a solid understanding of ole's practices, thus providing an advantage as she took on the role of EA.
Kathryn's varied background includes a Fashion Arts Honours Business Diploma from Humber College Business School in addition to studying Kinesiology at York University in Toronto.
Kat's gamut of experience in office administration includes Office Manager for Thuet Bistro and Bakery (now "Conviction"), owned by one of Toronto's most influential chefs, Mark Thuet, where she oversaw A/P, A/R, payroll, vendor management and was the primary customer service contact in the business.
Kat brings extremely strong organizational and management skills, which are demonstrated by her calm and friendly demeanor.
She is an avid fan of Latin Music and enjoys travelling whenever possible.
