ole welcomes Arthur Buenahora to their Nashville team as Senior Creative Director, reporting to Chief Creative Officer, Gilles Godard. Arthur is responsible for plugging ole's current and catalog repertoire, arranging collaborations for writers, identifying new acquisition and writer signing opportunities, as well as the development of new and upcoming talent.

Arthur has been responsible for placing more than 100 songs over five years, resulting in ten number one singles and development of some of country music's most famous talent.   Arthur teamed Dierks Bentley and Brett Beavers together, taking the pair to Capitol Nashville and also signed Miranda Lambert, resulting in her first record debuting at #1 on the country soundscan chart.  He also teamed up songwriter/singer, Eric Church with Jay Joyce, producing the star debut CD, "Sinners Like Me".  He then signed 14 year-old Taylor Swift to her first publishing deal, helping to develop the teenage songwriter for her debut and major record deal, starting her career as a country music history maker.

Arthur attended the University of Tennessee, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism & Communications. He then progressed through progressively more senior roles at Sony/ATV/Tree, joining the creative team as a song plugger and music publisher.  Buenahora also recently participated in the prestigious Leadership Music Program in Nashville.

In 2005, he joined Capitol Records Nashville as Senior Director of A&R where he continued his creative relationship with Dierks Bentley and Eric Church. In 2008, he moved over to Universal Records South as VP of A&R, helping to build their impressive roster from the ground up.

Arthur and his wife, Jessica, have three sons, Maximus, Simon and Wiley, and live in Nashville.
