We have direct relationships with aggressive, fast and cost-effective sub-publishers in all major global territories. We can also utilize our direct relationships with all major Performing Rights Associations including SOCAN, ASCAP, BMI and SESAC.

Furthermore, ole's precedent setting relationship with Canadian performing rights organization (SOCAN) has the Performing Rights Organization’s employees on secondment, working inside of our operation for ultimate transparency and effective handling of our clients’ properties.

For the key TV territories in the US, UK, France and Canada ole is implementing a proprietary virtual auditing tool that combines real broadcast information in 10 countries with actual PRO tariff information. This provides us with a very accurate forecast of PRO payments.

Our experienced team makes sure your works and cue sheets are properly registered with all international societies and collection agencies. We will investigate current and past accounting records in order to collect everything to which you are entitled, and we will continue to police the societies, agencies and broadcasters on your behalf in regard to on-going collections and registrations of new programs.
