ole Earns SOCAN Awards with Jack Lenz & Doc Walker

On November 23^rd, SOCAN held its annual award event at Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto to bestow honours on those songs which achieved the greatest number of public performances in 2008.

ole took home a SOCAN Award for music composed by Jack Lenz on the CBC News: Today show, which won the News and Sports Television Programming Music Award. ole co-publishes all scores and original songs by the award-winning Toronto composer and producer and his diversified creative services company Lenz Entertainment Inc.

ole also earned a SOCAN Country Music Award for the Doc Walker single "Beautiful Life," a song written by Murray Pulver, Chris Thorsteinson and Dave Wasyliw; and published by ole with co-venture partner Roots Three Music.
