ole Continues To Implement Leading Edge Technology To Provide World-Class Service for its Clients, Introducing

Under the banner, , the company continues to develop its suite of e-tools to improve all aspects of client service. In the past ole has connected its copyright and finance softwares for immediate, end-to-end reconciliation of these systems and has automated its variance reporting which allows management to instantly be informed of cash comparisons in client income versus prior periods for speedy analysis of income trends.

The newest addition to the suite is the soon-to-be-released, , which will introduce features for its clients to access around-the-clock balance and statement information, allowing them to view and download statements, income summary reports, transaction reports and review current balance and any costs to their account.

"It's a 'transparency module' that will allow the client to have secure web access to the on-going balances and costs to their royalty account," explains Jennifer Beavis, ole's Senior Director, Administration. "Clients can also see what songs are registered in our system through what is called the Common Works Registration (CWR) module. The system has state-of-the-art security similar to the technology used for on-line banking. Another noteworthy feature is that the module allows us to automatically generate e-mails to clients with statements attached so they can receive detailed monthly updates while at the same time having access to the archives whenever they want to lookup historical information."

ole's , will also introduce features to expand the company's efficiency in their worldwide administration of TV music properties - over 35,000 hours worth. ole is looking at the introduction of automated pipeline advances for established artists.
