ole Remains a Leader in the Transparent Technology Movement with adminow Enhancements

adminow, ole's online "transparency module" which gives clients 24/7 access to their royalty accounts and song registration data, has garnered rave reviews and expressions of appreciation from its growing list of users since its recent successful launch.

But, not content to rest on its laurels, ole is set to invest more resources in upgrading the system in three phases over the course of the current year in the areas of monthly reconciliation; the building out of yourmoneynow, which will allow for pipeline advances against recouped clients; and digital variance reporting.

Phase one of the upgrades will see ole move from the current approach of only allowing clients to see their balances and statements on their contractually mandated semi-annual basis, to a system that offers a rolling monthly balance and statement in detailed format. This format would itemize monthly - as opposed to semi-annually - such relevant information as monthly income and detailed source information by property/title and collection territory.

In phase two - and commensurate with the availability of the monthly rolling balance - "yourmoneynow" is being built out, which will ultimately allow the client to see if their balance is positive and request an advance at any period during the semi-annual accounting period provided that they are recouped. This advance on income will be available immediately, providing timely cash flow assistance to the client.

Phase three will build on ole's creation of an automated internal variance report, which is a tool ole utilizes to ensure cash completeness for the royalties earned quarter over quarter, year over year, property by property for every client on the ole roster. This valuable tool is now being offered to clients in a digital format as part of ole's ongoing transparency client reporting initiative.
