ole/Roots Three Music writer Bruce Wallace has the cut “So Called Life” on Montgomery Gentry’s latest album, Rebels On the Run, and it seems it’s a favorite of at least one of the duo. "You have your favorite fast songs like 'So Called Life'," Troy Gentry told Stacy McCloud of Nashville’s FOX 17. The song was a co-write with Sean Patrick McGraw. The CD, which was released on October 18, 2011 on their new label home, Average Joe’s Entertainment, could bring one lucky fan more than just some kick-ass country. “Died From a Broken Heart,” a song written at the ole Euro Songcamp held at the Roasting House studios in Malmo, Sweden between February 28 and March 4 of this year, has been recorded by Gabriela Guncikova, the runner-up in the last Czech Republic Superstar, the Czech version of Idol. Writers on the song, which will likely be a single under her contract with Universal Republic Czech Republic, included ole’s Tebey, Bucks Music Group’s Mr. Wayne (Noel Salmon) and Roasting House writers Peter Wallevik and Daniel Davidson.
