ole, one of the world's foremost music publishing rights management companies, has signed a deal with songwriter and Columbia Nashville recording artist Tyler Farr, whose gold-certified single "Redneck Crazy," from his debut album of the same name set for release on September 30, is currently in the Top 5 and climbing. It was recently named "one of the signature country songs of the summer" by The New York Times.

"I have been watching Tyler's career develop over the last several years and to be able to partner with him as 'Redneck Crazy' is peaking is a huge honor," says ole's John Ozier, GM, Nashville Creative. "Tyler has an unbelievable voice and is a great artist, but his songwriting is what really enthuses us at ole. Tyler has a wonderful team of people around him and we're thrilled to be able to join that team and to help build on the momentum he has right now. The future of ole is extremely bright, and Tyler Farr is a big part of that moving forward."

"John Ozier has been a friend for several years," adds Farr, "so for me to be able to team up with ole and John, makes me feel at home."

“Redneck Crazy,” the video for which has hit a milestone five million views on VEVO, is one of 11 tracks on the new album, 6 of which were co-written by Farr including “Dirty,” “Ain’t Even Drinkin’” and “Makes You Wanna Drink” featuring Colt Ford. He will join Florida Georgia Line on their first headlining tour in October in support of the new album.

Garden City, Missouri-native Tyler Farr discovered the music of country stalwarts like George Jones, Waylon Jennings and Hank Williams Sr. at the age of 16 after spending the summer on the road with his stepdad, DeWayne Phillips, who was George Jones' lead guitarist at the time. Farr, an avid outdoorsman who had once considered a career in wildlife management or as a game warden, would eventually move to Nashville where he worked the door and flipped burgers at the famed Tootsie's Orchid Lounge before he took to the stage as a performer. One of his first mentors in Nashville was songwriter/recording artist Rhett Akins with whom Farr wrote his debut single, "Hot Mess," in early 2012. Farr also co-wrote the songs "Hey Y'all" for Colt Ford and "She's Just Like That" for Joe Nichols.
